Problem Statement The literature review asserts that about 10% of African American children have been suffering from emotional or some behavioral disorders; the cause of this disorder is the impairment in functioning, learning, development, and daily activities. All the research conducted on children who have autism revealed that there is a highlighted and observable gap between the actual ratio and the recorded ratio.
